Refund policy
Buy and Try Policy - We know you'll love One Wrap! And we want to you buy with confidence. So we have a great return policy should you wish to return it after using it. If you have used One Wrap, and wish to return it, you will need to contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange return and refund. We will refund your purchase price, but you will need to pay for return shipping. We will let you know the best and most cost effective way to post it back to us! Standard Return Policy - We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via the contact form on our website or email info@thenaturoolco.com.au. If your return is accepted, you will need to pay for return shipping to us, unless the product is faulty and proof of fault is provided and accepted as faulty by The Naturool Co. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
